I tried using the site on my phone, but it kept freezing over and over... super frustrating!! I gave up quick because it just wasn’t worth dealing with.

I’m not really sure how safe my funds are here. Since the security doesn’t feel very clear to me, I end up feeling a bit uneasy about keeping money in it.

I tried reaching out to support, but the replies took forever and I still didn’t really get any useful help. It felt like I had to keep putting in extra effort just to get a basic answer, which got frustrating.

Every time I try to use the site, something feels off. Pages either take forever to load or just don’t open at all?? I tried a few different times and eventually just gave up. Not really a great sign, tbh.

I couldn’t really get past the account setup part. It kept feeling confusing or like something wasn’t working right, so after a little while I just gave up.

My account manager was friendly enough and always polite, which I appreciated. That said, the response time was a bit slower than what I’ve experienced with other companies, so it made the whole process feel less smooth. Not terrible, but definitely room to improve.
